The Borel fire and other incidents demonstrated that when faced with adversity, the Kern River Valley unites in support of those in need. The theme for this year's Christmas parade is "KRV Strong."
Our hope is that all participants creatively represent the theme through their entries. What does "KRV Strong" mean to you?
