- Please review the Official Derby Rules.
- Anglers must pickup their 2025 Derby Registration Cards at Derby HQ prior to fishing. Derby starts at 7:00am on Saturday 4/12/25.
- HQ will be at the Eagles Lodge in Mt. Mesa. Located at 12251 CA-178, Lake Isabella, CA 93240.
- HQ Hours: 8:00am to 8:00pm Fri. 4/11; Open 8:00am to 5:30pm Sat., Sun., & Mon. (4/12, 4/13, 4/14.)
The Isabella Lake Fishing Derby is offered on a No Refunds basis. Average temperatures in the Kern Valley in April are Hi 66°/Low 44° with an average of 3 days of precipitation and 1 day of snow.
Mountain weather is unpredictable - the derby is held "rain or shine."
Please monitor the weather as the derby approaches and plan accordingly.
