2024 Adult Angler Tickets

An adult entry fee is for any angler 16yrs of age or older.  A California Fishing License is required to fish at Lake Isabella and all other CDFW, USFS, Kern County and other governing regulations apply.   
The Derby will be held on March 23, 24, and 25, 2024. "Rain or Shine" (Or snow, sleet, wind, or hail - the weather for the Derby is unpredictable and often stormy weather is Derby weather - come prepared - the Sierra Nevada is not for the ill prepared - we love the cold, and you'll love it too!*
 
REGISTRATION CARDS MUST BE PICKED UP AT DERBY HQ. And they must be in possession to claim prizes. Contact the derby immediately if this becomes a problem. Registration cards will be available starting Friday, March 22nd, the day before the official start date.
 
The purchase of the official derby T-Shirt or Derby Hat is required in order to claim the full prize value of $10,000 or $5,000 dollar tagged trout. Official Rules and Updates will be posted online on the derby site and the official derby Facebook page.
 
Please keep a copy of this receipt on your phone or, if purchasing for someone else, please  give them a copy as they may be asked for it at the derby. 
 
*Given the unpredictability of the weather and other natural events in our mountains, the Isabella Lake Derby is offered on a No-Refunds basis, and in its long history has only been cancelled or postponed a few times. However, the Derby organizers are aware of the significant investment of time and money that your participation represents. Should cancellation or deferment become necessary, the organizers will make every effort to communicate their decision quickly and offer a fair refund policy at that time.
