Stars & Stripes Independence Day Celebration
JULY 3, 2021
The Lake Isabella Fireworks Extravaganza celebration for 2020 has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis. The 2020 event has been pushed out to July 3, 2021 off Engineer Point just after sunset.
All valley residents owe a huge THANK YOU to Skyrocket Jami and Firecracker Shawn for their unbelievable task of raising over $32,000 for our fireworks to continue not just in 2021 but for 2022 as well.
Please note we will not stop campaigning for the 2022 fireworks show, I do not want their efforts to be wasted and I want this tradition to continue for the benefit of our valley.
The Kern River Valley Chamber of Commerce and The Kernville Chamber of Commerce are spearheading a campaign to raise the funds needed to sustain this great event. We are seeking donations from everyone who enjoys this great event.
I am personally asking every individual in this valley who enjoys watching the annual event to please give any amount you feel is valid to help us save this fireworks show.
Please note if and when we exceed our goal any extra funds will go directly towards the following years event.
You can purchase a shell below by clicking a link, placing any loose change in a fireworks canister which are spread throughout the valley or contact the chamber of commerce directly.
